OCR: AM/FM AM/FM DISTRIBUTORS WANTED! Here's your chance to make extra money! The AM/FM production staff is still looking for more people who would like to distribute the AM/FM disk magazine and make a few bucks while doing it! If you are running a PD company, or if you are thinking of starting one, or even if you just want to distribute AM/FM privately, then here's your chance to make a nice little extra income by selling this magazine in your country or local area. And as a distributor, you get all AM/FM disks for free! (Ref. conditions below). AM/FM has become a major success in England, because it is supported and distributed by PD companies there - but we are having problems becoming known in other countries – simply because there is no-one to distribute it, so many people don't even know AM/FM exists. (What a bummer?) The one thing you have to do to qualify as an AM/FM distributor is to sell a minimum of 10 AM/FM disks per month. Remember that each issue consists of two disks (Magazine disk and Sample Disk), so if you can sell the latest issue to 5 persons, or if you can sell 5 issues to one person, then you've achieved this condition! Each AM/FM disk you sell must have an original AM/FM disk-label on it. If you sell an AM/FM disk without this label, then you are violating the AM/FM copyright. The AM/FM disk-labels are colour printed in red, black and white, on blank, glossy paper, and cannot be photocopied. So before you sell any AM/FM disks, you must buy AM/FM disk-labels from the AM/FM production staff. any other currency. 6.5 FIM, 1.5 USD or The labels cost 1 GBP each, or the equivalent in (Examples: 1 GBP, 11 NOK, 11 SEK, 11 DKK, 2.5 DM, calculate your own country's currency out of 1 GBP). The labels do not have issue numbers printed on them. You fill this in by hand when you sell an AM/FM disk, so an AM/FM disk label can be used for any AM/FM disk. (Sample Disks too.) When you've bought bought the disk label for 1 GBP, you can sell the disk for whatever price you want. We do not care how much you charge for the disk, just as long as we get our 1 GBP per disk sold. Let's say for example that you sell each disk for 10 DM (About the same price as buying the disk directly from AM/FM). You pay 2.5 DM for the disk-label, 1 DM for the empty disk and 1-2 DM in postage. That gives you a profit of about 5 DM for each disk. Or 10 DM if you sell both disks of one issue. As long as you buy a minimum of 10 AM/FM disks labels each month, you will be considered an AM/FM Distributor, and you will automatically and without any costs receive all AM/FM disks as soon as they are released. (However, we can't afford to give you all the disks that have already been released, so if you want to get started for real, it would be wise to buy all the previous issues). How to order AM/FM disk-labels: 1) Write a letter to: AM/FM, c/o Bjorn Lynne Schleppegrellsgt. 10 0556 Oslo NORWAY And tell us that you want to become an AM/FM distributor, tell us how many disk labels you want. (And which AM/FM disks you want, if you haven't got all of them already.) Note: Minimum 10 labels per month, remember... 2) Either transfer the applicable amount to the Norwegian Post Giro account no: 0824 0681472, or write a cheque made out to "Bjorn A. Lynne" and send it along with your letter. AM/FM
